How to use Size Chart Automation

With Clean Size Charts, you can automate the creation and management of your size charts. This guide will walk you through all the available automation settings and how to use them effectively.

Accessing Automation Settings

  1. Log in to your Clean Size Charts dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Automation" section
  3. You'll find all automation settings in one place

Size Charts Automation

The main automation toggle allows you to enable or disable automated size chart creation for your store.

  1. Find the "Size Charts Automation" section
  2. Use the toggle switch to turn automation on or off
  3. When enabled, size charts will be automatically created based on your settings

Default Units

Set the default measurement units for your size charts:

  1. In the "Default Units" section, select your preferred unit:
    • IN (inches)
    • CM (centimeters)
  2. This setting will be used as the primary unit of measurement across all charts

Automatic Unit Conversion

Enable automatic conversion between measurement systems:

  1. Find the "Automatic Conversion" section
  2. Toggle the switch to enable/disable automatic conversion
  3. When enabled, measurements will automatically convert between inches and centimeters
  4. This helps provide a better shopping experience for international customers

Default Content Settings

Header Text

Configure your default header text:

  1. In the "Default Content" section, you have two options:
    • Use automatic header text generation
    • Set custom header text

  1. Enable the "Automatically generate header text" toggle
  2. The system will generate appropriate headers based on product information

Custom Header Text

  1. Disable the automatic generation toggle
  2. Use the rich text editor to create your custom header
  3. Include important information about measurements or sizing guidelines

Set up your footer content with two options:


How to Measure Guide

  1. Enable the "Automatically create How to Measure guide" toggle
  2. The system will generate a comprehensive measurement guide
  3. This guide will appear at the bottom of your size charts

Custom Footer Text

  1. Disable the automatic guide toggle
  2. Use the rich text editor to create your custom footer content
  3. Add helpful information like measurement guides or additional sizing details

Image Settings

Configure how images appear in your size charts:


Product Image Integration

  1. Enable "Use product image instead of default image" to automatically use product images
  2. When enabled, the size chart will use the product's main image
  3. The default image will only be used if product image import fails

Default Image Settings

  1. Enter a default image URL in the provided field
  2. Choose the image position:
    • Background
    • Left
    • Right
    • Top
    • Bottom
  3. Optionally enable "Stretch image to each edge" for full-width display

  1. Enable Automation: Turn on the main automation toggle to start creating size charts automatically
