Gorgias

Clean Size Charts connects to Gorgias so your support agents can answer fit and sizing questions without leaving the helpdesk. Once connected, every published size chart in your store is turned into a Gorgias macro that agents can search for and insert into any reply with one click. This guide walks you through connecting Gorgias and using your size charts inside the Gorgias composer.

Before you start

You need an active Gorgias account and a user who can install apps.
You need at least one published size chart in Clean Size Charts. Only published charts sync to Gorgias.

Connect Gorgias

Open the integration settings: In your Shopify admin, open the Clean Size Charts app, go to Integrations, then select Gorgias.

Start the connection: Click Connect and enter your Gorgias subdomain (the part before .gorgias.com in your Gorgias URL).

Authorize the app: You are redirected to Gorgias to approve access. Review the requested permissions and click Authorize. Clean Size Charts asks only for the access it needs to identify your account and to create, update, and remove its own size chart macros.

Wait for the first sync: After you approve, you are returned to Clean Size Charts and your published charts begin syncing in the background. Within a few minutes, one macro is created for each published size chart.

Choose how charts appear

In the Gorgias integration settings you can control how charts are inserted into replies:

Format: Insert charts as a clean image or as a text table.
Units: Show measurements in inches, in centimeters, or in both.

When you change a setting, your existing macros are updated to match.

Use a size chart in Gorgias

Open a ticket in Gorgias and start a reply.
Open the macro composer and search by product or chart name. Clean Size Charts macros match on both the macro name and its contents.
Select the macro for the chart you need. The size chart is inserted into your reply, ready to send.

Keep charts up to date

Your macros stay in sync with your store automatically. When you edit a size chart in Clean Size Charts, the matching Gorgias macro is updated, so agents always send current measurements. When you unpublish or delete a chart, its macro is removed.

Selling internationally

If your store uses translated size charts, Clean Size Charts creates a separate macro for each translated chart with localized measurements. Agents can reply in the customer's language with the correct sizing.

Disconnect Gorgias

To disconnect, open the Gorgias integration in Clean Size Charts and click Disconnect. The app removes every macro it created and revokes its access, so no size chart macros or app connection are left behind in your Gorgias account.

Troubleshooting and support

Charts are not appearing as macros: Confirm the charts are published in Clean Size Charts and allow a few minutes for the first sync to finish.
A macro looks out of date: Re-save the chart in Clean Size Charts to trigger a fresh sync.
