Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clean Size Charts application ("the App" or "the Service"), provided by TaskHusky ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your store and to bind it to these Terms.
Description of the Service
Clean Size Charts lets Shopify merchants create, manage, and display size charts and size guides on their storefronts, and offers optional integrations with third-party services such as Gorgias. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Eligibility and Shopify Account
The App is available only to merchants with an active Shopify store. Your use of the App is also subject to Shopify's terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under it.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own business purposes while it is installed on your store. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, and you may not reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- violate any law or the rights of others;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
- interfere with or disrupt the App or its supporting infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify in accordance with the pricing shown on the App listing and in the App. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize the recurring charges through Shopify Billing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Third-Party Services
The App may connect to third-party services that you choose to enable, such as Gorgias. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability or behavior.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide through the App.
Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to that processing. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the license granted to you ends and we may delete data associated with your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaskHusky operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
